I am delirious after a little 4 mile run in 80 degree weather at dusk. I chased fireflies all around Johnson City. I think they put me in a trance, because when I came back in the house I thought one of my roommate's cats was Sawyer.
My race is just 22 days away and I am getting nervous. My left knee keeps bothering me when I run, so I am planning on running the half marathon instead of the full. Oddly, my left knee is not the one I hurt in April. I'm not sure what is going on there, but I'm trying to be cautious.
Anyhoodle, I will be back in western Washington from June 22nd to June 30th.
